About the role At Ten, we help people move better and live longer well. As a Certified Freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor, you play a key role in helping our clients achieve real, lasting results through intelligent movement. You will deliver high quality Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes and offer 1 to 1 personal training sessions, either Reformer or gym based. You will tailor each session to the individual, using your expertise, care, and attention to support every client’s goals. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow through our award winning, industry accredited Ten Academy, while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of Instructors, Physiotherapists, Clinical Exercise Specialists, and Massage Therapists. Together, you will contribute to Ten’s unique Circle of Care model, where collaboration and truly personalised care sit at the heart of everything we do. What you will be doing Instructing and programming • Actively contribute to Ten’s Circle of Care by referring clients to Physiotherapy, Clinical Exercise, or Massage when appropriate • Uphold Ten’s studio culture and professional standards • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment across studio and gym spaces What you will bring Essential skills and experience • Certified Reformer Pilates qualification from a recognised provider such as STOTT, BASI, Body Control, Polestar, Club Pilates, Exhale, HFE, APPI, Balanced Body, FRAME, YMCAfit, Future Fit, or Virgin Active Academy • Experience teaching Reformer based group exercise classes • Strong understanding of movement, form, and anatomy • A genuine passion for working with clients and supporting them to progress safely and confidently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a love for building long term client relationships Desirable qualifications and background • Level 3 Personal Training qualification • Previous experience working in a premium studio environment • Background in dance, clinical exercise, strength training, or rehabilitation Why join Ten Ten is London’s leading boutique provider of Pilates led, integrated health and wellness.
