About the role
* Lead day‑to‑day client delivery across multiple tech and purpose‑led accounts.
* Act as strategic advisor to founders, comms leads and senior executives.
* Build and maintain deep media relationships across UK, US and global business press.
* Manage and develop junior team members, setting high standards for output and growth.
* Play a central role in new business pitches, agency planning, and long‑term strategy.
* Shape narratives that land – from thought leadership to funding stories to creative campaigns.
About you
* 5+ years of PR agency experience, ideally within tech, VC, or B2B
* Proven track record of managing accounts, securing tier‑1 coverage, and growing client relationships.
* Exceptional media instincts.
* Confident team leader with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal EQ.
* Excited by emerging tech, innovation, and the potential of comms to shape public thinking.
* Purpose‑driven portfolio: From climate tech and femtech to AI, financial inclusion and social impact.
