Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting committed Intervention Tutors to deliver high-quality, 1:1 learning sessions for children and young people across Northamptonshire.

This role involves delivering in-person tuition in a child's home, a library, or a school, depending on the needs of the learner. We can offer 1-10 hours of tuition per week, making this ideal for those seeking flexibility.

Many pupils accessing 1:1 intervention have SEN and often an EHCP, so experience supporting children with additional needs is essential.

Your role will include:
Providing personalised academic interventions in English, Maths, or cross-curricular learning
Supporting pupils with SEN such as autism, speech & language needs, dyslexia, or SEMH
Delivering structured lessons that follow agreed learning outcomes
Helping learners rebuild confidence and make measurable progress
Liaising with parents, schools, and Local Authorities to ensure cohesive support

We're looking for:

1. Qualified teachers, support staff, tutors, or SEN specialists
2. Professionals confident working 1:1
3. Individuals with strong curriculum knowledge and understanding of SEN
4. People who thrive on making a genuine impact
