This truly is a unique opportunity for a PA/Office Manager with strong PA duties to join a successful local Company and provide support for the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
* Providing executive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director
* Managing office administration function on a day to day basis
* Producing a wide range of documents including reports and presentation material
* Co-ordinating travel arrangements, booking flights and hotels and preparing itineraries
* Overseeing corporate vehicle fleet, arranging repairs, co-ordinating staff and co-ordinating insurance cover
* Managing HR function, maintaining staff records and training requirements
