Teaching Personnel is supporting a welcoming secondary school in Alton in their search for a committed and engaging Teacher of Science to join them for the start of the 2025/26 academic year in September 2025.
The Role
You will be teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Lessons should be engaging, interactive, and linked to real-world applications to spark curiosity. This is a full-time role that includes planning, assessment, and participation in wider school life.

Key responsibilities:
* Deliver creative and inspiring science lessons that cater to a range of abilities
* Use practical experiments and demonstrations to bring concepts to life
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the science department
What you’ll need:
* A degree in Science or related subject (desirable for unqualified applicants)
* Good classroom management and a passion for education
* Ability to engage and inspire learners of all abilities
* An enhanced child workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
