Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – SEN Schools – Southampton & New Forest Through Teaching Personnel | Permanent Opportunity | 5 Days per Week Are you a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant looking for a full-time, long-term role? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with specialist SEN schools across Southampton and the New Forest who are seeking committed LSAs to join their teams on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs in nurturing, well-supported environments. The Role: Full-time position, 5 days per week Long-term placements with the opportunity for permanent contracts Supporting pupils with a range of complex additional needs Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff Experience & Skills (Desirable): We welcome candidates with experience in: Autism / Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Complex medical needs or personal care Manual handling or hoist use First Aid or medical support (e.g. PEG feeding) Supporting non-verbal pupils or communication needs While experience is beneficial, a positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for SEN are essential.
