Overview
Join Boots as a Regional Maintenance Coordinator in our Property team based in Nottingham, Beeston.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and drive key performance stats for the region – open work orders, overdue SLAs, time to resolve.
* Attend regional retail meetings in support of Regional Maintenance Managers.
* Support with regional reviews of longstanding, complex issues and act as a point of escalation when required.
* Provide updates on ongoing maintenance issues to retail teams.
* Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance activities in the region, ensuring timely completion of inspections and remedial actions.
* Ensure quality system usage and updates are always available to improve the retail experience.
* Provide supporting information to Contract Managers to ensure the prioritisation of works in the region.
* Work with contractors to drive completion of works within agreed SLAs.
Qualifications
* Experience of Maintenance / FM / Property.
* Understanding of driving performance through the management of key metrics.
* Analytical skills – ability to analyse large and detailed data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
* Able to present data in a clear way to support effective contract management.
* Able to clearly identify and act upon changing priorities.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
