Commercial Property Solicitor – Barnsley
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing regional law firm based in Barnsley.
This role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
* Sales and purchases of business premises
* Agricultural land transactions
* Sale and acquisition of both registered and unregistered land
* Commercial landlord and tenant lease matters
You will have:
* 4+ years PQE in commercial property
* Strong technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
* The ability to commute to the Barnsley office
