We are a forward-thinking, growing, people-first company, working with some of London's most established corporate and private clients, and we are looking for an Senior Event Manager who is obsessed with detail, service, and flawless execution.
About the Role
As our Senior Event Manager, you will take ownership of the entire event journey —from point of sale weather that's Reactive or proactive sales point, planning, collaboration with kitchen/client/suppliers and budgeting, through to on-the-day execution and post-event review. You will deliver everything from corporate lunches and elegant fine-dining experiences to large, seated events, weddings, and bespoke VIP occasions .
You'll lead an event team, collaborate closely with internal departments (kitchen, operations, sales, logistics), and ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard. You will report directly to Operations team.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering end-to-end event management : sales handover, planning, budgeting, and execution
Providing an exceptional, personalised service to corporate and bespoke clients
Managing a wide variety of events:
Corporate lunches & business hospitality
Fine dining experiences
Large, seated banquets
Luxury weddings & private functions
Leading and motivating your event team to deliver unforgettable experiences
Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (kitchen, operations, logistics, sales)
Managing event budgets, timelines, supplier coordination, and operational standards
Ensuring all events meet the brand's quality, safety, and service expectations
Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients with high expectations
Providing post-event reports and insights to Operations & HQ
About You

An experienced Event Manager (corporate, hospitality, venues, or catering)

What We Offer
