Are you an experienced Marketing Executive looking for a new role? If so, we’re looking for a marketing professional to join our award-winning team on a 6 month FTC. If successful, this could become a permanent position.
Bidwells' Group Marketing and Business Development Team provide marketing and business development support to each of our 11 offices and departments. Over the years they’ve won many awards for their work and are highly thought of across the business. Our forward-thinking marketing tea are on the front foot with many initiatives, whether they’re internal or external. Like many marketing teams, our amazing team have a demanding workload, so ideally, we’re looking for someone who’s used to wearing multiple hats at once. This role has a focus on events, of which we have a number this year, but also involves broader Marketing duties.
Job Purpose
To support the marketing team in the delivery of campaigns, including the production of marketing collateral, event coordination and print production. The role also includes a digital element working with stakeholders to produce website and social media content, e-newsletters and managing website content. The marketing executive will also evaluate and reporting on campaign activity, with the support of the digital marketing manager.

What you’ll be doing
* Assist with the organisation and management of events and marketing activities both internally and externally
* Attend events to ensure smooth running
* Assist in the production and management of marketing materials for the Divisions, including brochures, case studies, CVs, fliers, invitations, advertising etc
* Assist with the promotion of research papers on various marketing platforms
* Act as one of the primary liaison with the designers / suppliers of marketing and promotional materials, including arranging and agreeing quotations for work
* Prepare presentations and marketing materials for seminars, conferences and events
* To act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications adhere to our strict guidelines
* Updating website content using a CMS system
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to produce content for the website
* Managing the annual content plan
* Assisting with the production of lead generation campaigns
* Evaluating campaign activity and producing internal reports for stakeholders
* Assisting with the management of our social media accounts
* Creation of email communications via our Dotmailer e-marketing software
* Working closely with the digital manager to assist on various projects as required.
About you:
* Marketing experience in a professional services business (preferably in the property industry)
* Experience of events management
* Have an excellent command of the English language, particularly in verbal and written communication
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Competent in the use of all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Willingness and keenness to learn
* Team player
* Ability to work on own proactive initiative and to strict deadlines
* Systems skills including Canva
* Understanding of industry
* Previous experience using a website CMS system
* Previous experience using an email marketing system
* Experience with Hubspot and Canva (desirable)
