Job Title: Executive Assistant (SC Cleared)
Role Type: Contract
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: London (5 days onsite)
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior managers within their organisation. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and the seamless coordination of meetings, travel arrangements and other priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive daily administrative support, including screening calls and welcoming visitors.
* Manage multiple complex diaries, scheduling meetings, events, and briefings.
* Organise travel itineraries, accommodation, and related logistics.
* Prepare meeting materials, collate briefings, and coordinate papers for the Audit & Risk Assurance Committee.
* Monitor financial expenditure and process senior manager's expense claims via Oracle.
* Build strong internal and external relationships, including liaison with HM Treasury and other stakeholders.
* Support the Chief Executive's Office with ad-hoc tasks and ensure accurate maintenance of the Hospitality Register.
* Act as a professional and confident first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders.
Essential experience & Skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
* Active SC Clearance
* Proven experience managing senior leadership diaries, travel, and expenses.
* Strong background in administrative support, including preparing meeting documentation, taking notes, and handling enquiries.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service skills with diplomacy, professionalism, and strong problem-solving ability.
* Flexible team player with a collaborative attitude.
* Able to suggest improvements, adapt to new procedures, and respond effectively under pressure.
* Strong written communication skills, including drafting correspondence on behalf of senior leaders.
* Advanced IT proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Oracle.
