【About the Role】 JD is seeking a dynamic and visionary Cultural Ambassador & Corporate Culture Strategist to lead the development, promotion, and integration of our corporate culture across the globe. This role is a unique blend of cultural ambassadorship, strategic planning, and content creation, aimed at fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging work environment that reflects JD’s values and heritage. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate culture, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to connect with a diverse workforce, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote JD’s culture both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultural Strategy & Development:
* Lead the deepening and continuous development of JD’s corporate culture system, integrating cultural values into all aspects of the organization.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive cultural events calendar that celebrates both Chinese and international festivals, ensuring inclusivity and engagement across all regions.
* Content Creation & Communication:
* Independently plan and produce engaging content (blogs, videos, social media posts) that tells the story of JD’s history, vision, and mission, making it accessible and engaging for a global audience.
* Identify audience characteristics and leverage diverse communication channels to create content that employees enjoy, engage with, and seek out voluntarily.
* Event Planning & Execution:
* Plan and execute cultural events, including logistics, content creation, and on-the-day hosting, ensuring they align with JD’s cultural values and brand identity.
* Design promotional materials (posters, gift packages, videos) that effectively convey cultural values and foster a positive organizational culture.
* Collaboration & Integration:
* Collaborate with HR, marketing, and communications teams to integrate cultural initiatives into talent development programs and overall brand strategy.
* Work closely with other departments to embed culture into systems, processes, and other contexts, enhancing the employee cultural experience.
* Insight & Improvement:
* Rapidly identify root causes of cultural challenges based on organizational insights, devise solutions, and ensure smooth implementation to enhance the organizational cultural atmosphere.
* Continuously seek feedback and insights to improve cultural initiatives and employee engagement strategies.

* Charismatic Leadership: Ability to inspire and engage diverse groups of people, with a strong presence in both physical and virtual settings.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives about JD’s culture and values.

* Cultural Sensitivity: Deep respect for and understanding of different cultures, with the ability to promote inclusivity and diversity.
* Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Educational Background:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Journalism, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
* Experience:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate culture development, brand communication, public relations, event management, or a related area.
* Experience with digital content creation tools and platforms is desirable.
* Language:
* Proficiency in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
