Job Title: Ergonomic Specialist - 6 Month Contract
Location: Broughton, Cheshire - Onsite Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Ergonomic Specialist to join their Manufacturing Engineering team within a fast-paced industrial environment.
The Role:
* Conduct ergonomic assessments across assembly and installation activities
* Identify workplace ergonomic risks and recommend practical solutions
* Support human factor and ergonomic improvement projects across manufacturing operations
* Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Health & Safety teams
* Drive user-centred design and ergonomic risk reduction strategies
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Ergonomics/Human Factors
* CIEHF accreditation or working towards membership preferred
* Strong knowledge of biomechanics, cognition, and workplace ergonomics
* Experience within manufacturing or industrial engineering environments desirable
* Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
