Lead end-to-end consulting delivery while driving new business growth. This role blends delivery leadership, team management, and relationship-led business development to deliver high-quality outcomes and convert credibility into new opportunities. About PACT Solutions: PACT Solutions is a specialist management and digital transformation consultancy working exclusively with higher education institutions across the UK. We help universities solve complex challenges across strategy, student records, data, change and delivery. What you’ll be doing
* Lead consulting engagements end-to-end (planning, governance, delivery, outcomes)
* Manage delivery quality, commercials, and RAID disciplines
* Build and lead blended teams (internal + subcontractors)
* Develop senior stakeholder relationships across partner organisations
* Originate, shape, and win new work (£25k-£250k opportunities)
* Lead bids, proposals, and solution development
* Contribute to thought leadership, marketing, and sector presence

Qualifications
* Strong consulting delivery leadership and governance experience
* Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
* Commercial awareness and experience winning or shaping work
* Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
* Experience in business development and bid leadership
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Willingness to travel and engage in sector events
Desirable
* Higher education sector experience
* Experience in digital transformation, data, or change delivery
* Familiarity with public sector procurement
