To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to client systems in accordance with agreed service levels.
Ensuring the organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of the business and customer.
Responsibilities
* To carry out routine planned maintenance tasks.
* To carry out repair works where applicable.
* Maintain F-Gas register for site assets.
* To carry out minor installation works where applicable.
* To ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company legislation, Regulations, British Standards, manufacturer instructions, specification and Health & Safety regulations.
* To ensure that all accreditations/qualifications are up to date and to only work on appliances that you are qualified to so.
* To ensure paperwork is legible and fully completed for each job, clearly identifying further action and any Health & Safety concerns.
* To ensure that all testing and commissioning is completed and that the correct paperwork is filled in with supporting documentation attached.
* To ensure maintenance activities are completed within the agreed allocated time scales.
* To ensure that all plant areas are kept clean and tidy and that all old parts are removed site.
* To ensure all log books are fully completed and up to date.
* To inform the office on completion of each job and to keep the contract team updated regarding job completion and any issues they have on site.
Qualifications
* Able to pass strict security vetting for accessing a nuclear facility.
* Full UK driving licence.
* F Gas Qualification 2079.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience with HVAC systems including AC Split Systems, Chillers, AHUs, VRV and Package Systems.
* Experienced in servicing, maintaining and fault finding and diagnostics.
Offer
* Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm / Fri 7:30am - 1:30pm.
* Up to £37,500.
* 25+ 8 Bank Holidays.
