Dinton Explorers is hiring a Centre Manager to lead our children’s day activity camps, running alongside the wider leisure operation at Loddon Leisure Centre.
Dinton Explorers is a busy, energetic day camp that makes full use of the centre’s fantastic facilities — from soft play and swimming pools to basketball courts, dance studios, and tennis courts. This role sits right at the heart of the action.
Pay: £18.84 per hour
Hours: Up to 9.5 hours per day (during the school holidays)
Location: Loddon Leisure Centre – Loddon Valley
Contract: Casual / Seasonal
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing the day-to-day delivery of children’s activity camps
2. Leading and supporting a team of Activity Instructors
3. Coordinating programmes alongside the leisure centre operation
4. Being a visible, hands-on leader across multiple activity spaces
5. Ensuring excellent safety, safeguarding, and customer experience
