Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Newly Qualified to 3-year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Personal and Business Dispute Resolution team in Lincoln.
This role is ideal for a proactive and structured individual who wants exposure to a wide range of civil litigation matters, including:
Commercial and Residential Landlord & Tenant disputes
Consumer law issues
Boundary disputes
Contentious probate mattersYou will work closely with the PBDR team, managing a mixed caseload, delivering excellent client service, and supporting the growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and progress a mixed litigation caseload efficiently
Provide ongoing service to existing clients and support business development initiatives
Contribute to the growth and development of the PBDR department
Produce fee income in line with agreed targets
Maintain accurate records of time, billing, and client work
Keep up-to-date with relevant law and practice changes
Comply with internal quality, risk, and financial procedures
About You
Essential
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ - 3 years PQE)
Experience in Dispute Resolution or related civil litigation matters
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Structured, professional, and proactive approach
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable
Experience with case management systems (e.g., SOS)
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and Money Laundering Regulations
