We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Global Sales Manager to lead Micropack’s commercial growth across our key markets. This position oversees three regional sales managers (Americas, Middle East & Asia-Pacific) and has direct responsibility for Europe. You’ll lead strategy, grow partnerships, manage your region, and ensure consistent sales delivery across the globe.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and mentor three regional sales managers; set targets and ensure alignment with business strategy.
* Manage high-value accounts across Europe.
* Develop and execute international go-to-market plans.
* Manage global distributor relationships and commercial partnerships.
* Produce sales forecasts and reporting for senior management.
* Support bid teams with high-value project tenders.
* Communicate market trends to product and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience leading international sales teams in fire detection, industrial safety, or automation.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience.
* Technical aptitude to understand and explain detection technologies.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally (~30–40%).
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Knowledge of hazardous area regulations (ATEX/IECEx/FM).
