The position is primarily based in Fleetwood, with potential travel to other BSA sites.
We require someone proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, discretion, and the ability to support decision-making through information gathering and analysis are essential. You may occasionally act with delegated authority.

Main duties of the job

* Managing diaries for SMT members, prioritising workload, arranging appointments, and advising on upcoming events.
* Planning and preparing for high-level meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.

* Acting on own initiative in the absence of SMT members within delegated responsibilities.
* Supporting personal development and delivering best practice alongside the Business Manager and Executive Assistant.
