We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an Administrator to support our expanding Administration Service. The roles will support our Place Based 2 Administration Hub located at the Stein Centre. We are looking for motivated and resourceful individuals to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work. The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well‑being of the people within our area. We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal, The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, attending meetings to take minutes, typing of correspondence, reports, agenda and minutes using either Winscribe or copy typing. The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
Responsibilities
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
Qualifications
* Evidence of good typing skills e.g. RSA 111/NVQ Level III in an admin related subject or equivalent
* Educated to an appropriate standard of English Language to undertake the job role
* Desirable criteria
* ECDL, Working knowledge of software programmes e.g. Microsoft office applications
* Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality
* Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines and use own initiative
* Managing workload and able to act independently
* Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
