What You'll Be Doing: Monitor and action exception reports for electricity data services daily Respond to supplier queries via email and phone, identifying root causes and delivering resolutions Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure issues are proactively managed Collaborate with colleagues and escalate unresolved issues to the team leader with action plans Support internal processes by managing system issues and updating logs accordingly What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across all levels A customer-focused approach and a good sense of commercial awareness Experience with MS Office (especially Excel and Access) A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail Why Join Energy Assets?
