We are recruiting a Marketing Manager for a leading premium travel and adventure operator delivering exceptional, design-led experiences worldwide. This role owns the full marketing engine — from brand positioning through to performance, profitability, and measurable growth.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for a modern marketer who understands how brand, data, AI-driven search, and paid performance combine to generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) at an efficient cost.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving profitable customer growth while protecting and enhancing a premium brand position. Working closely with leadership, agencies, and internal teams, you’ll turn insight into action and creativity into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and optimise Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) generation, ensuring marketing delivers consistent, high-intent opportunities to sales.
* Track, analyse, and improve New Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across all channels.
* Design and optimise the full digital funnel from first interaction through to booking.
Paid Media & Performance
* Lead PPC strategy and execution, with a strong focus on profit on advertising spend (POAS) rather than volume alone.
* Manage budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging paid channels, ensuring ROI and scalability.
* Work with agencies to test, refine, and scale high-performing campaigns.
Brand & Premium Positioning
* Own brand design, tone of voice, and visual identity, ensuring consistency and appeal to a premium, discerning audience.
* Lead creative direction for campaigns, content, imagery, and video — balancing aspiration with conversion.
* Protect and evolve the brand to compete with other premium and luxury travel companies.
Search, AI & Future-Focused Marketing
* Leverage the latest AI-driven approaches to search, including AI-assisted SEO, content optimisation, and emerging search behaviours.
* Stay ahead of changes in search engines and discovery platforms, maximising organic and paid visibility.
* Use AI tools to improve efficiency, insight, and performance across marketing activity.
CRM, Automation & Insight
* Own HubSpot CRM and marketing automation to improve lead nurturing, attribution, and lifetime value.
* Build dashboards and reporting that clearly link marketing activity to revenue and profit.
* Continuously test, learn, and optimise based on data.
* Manage and mentor a Marketing Associate.
* Lead external agency relationships across PPC, SEO, and creative.
* Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing with commercial goals.
About You
* 4–6+ years’ experience in digital, growth, or performance-led marketing, ideally within premium travel, lifestyle, leisure, or luxury consumer brands.
* Proven experience driving SQL generation, PPC profitability, and CAC reduction.
* Strong understanding of premium brand design and management.
* Hands-on experience with modern AI-enabled search and marketing tools.
* Confident managing agencies, budgets, and performance reporting.
* Commercially minded, analytical, and creative — comfortable owning outcomes, not just activity.
