Transition Teacher Wester Hailes Learning Community Salary: £33,594 - £50,589 Hours: 35 per week We are looking to recruit a talented, dynamic and nurturing Transition Teacher to join the team in the Wester Hailes Learning Community (Canal View Primary School, Clovenstone Primary School, Sighthill Primary School and Wester Hailes High School). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who will support children at CfE Second and Third Levels across our Learning Community schools. You will support the implementation of City of Edinburgh Council Attainment, through effective Literacy, Numeracy and Health and Wellbeing learning and curricular transition across our education establishments.
