Complex Support Worker - Female only:
This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Females due to the nature of the role.
We have a variety of hours available on a rota basis and occasional respite.
Precedo Healthcare are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and compassionate to join our highly trained team in Liversedge.
We provide care and support to a young lady living in her own home with family support who has high level learning difficulties, limited verbal communication, and often displays extreme challenging behaviour including elements of self-injury.
Previous experience working with similar clients is essential as well as an understanding of positive behaviour support, you will receive full training and induction support.
Duties include working towards person centred care plans, using a low demand approach, de-escalation techniques and role play, assisting with daily activities and outings/appointments, in addition ensuring excellent documentation and record keeping is maintained, there may be requirement for personal care including continence care.
Successful candidates will have previous UK paid experience of at least Six month's within the last 2 years within a similar healthcare setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract- Shift are Typically Monday-Sunday 9am-4pm weekend on weekend off Client does have respite every Month shifts are then 12 hour days 9am-9pm
Pay: From £12.60 per hour Weekdays £13.00 Weekends
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
