Salesforce Administrator
Full Time/Permanent
Hybrid - occasional travel to our Bristol office
The Salesforce Administrator role is to manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for the Bupa Dental UK business, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption. The Administrator will work within an Agile process to configure solutions, support users, and implement process improvements that help the business achieve their targets throughout Bupa Dental UK.
Key responsibilities will include:
The Salesforce Administrator will have:
1. in-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and declarative automation
2. mastered the tools needed to troubleshoot user issues and diagnose platform problems
3. the ability to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce
4. configurations
5. subject matter expertise in user management, security, and data quality
6. strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics
The Salesforce Administrator will be able to:
7. configure complex Flows, validation rules, and process automation
8. manage user provisioning, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
9. create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views
10. perform data imports, exports, and data quality maintenance
11. given a business requirement, configure an appropriate declarative solution
The Salesforce Administrator will:
12. provide excellent support and training to end users
13. document configurations, processes, and procedures thoroughly
14. proactively identify opportunities for platform improvement
15. communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
16. stay current with Salesforce releases and new features
What we are looking for:
Essential:
17. Salesforce Administrator Certification
18. User management and security configuration
19. Flow Builder and Process Automation
20. Reports and Dashboards
21. Data management (Data Loader, import wizards)
22. Validation rules and formula fields
23. Change sets and deployment
Desirable:
24. Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
25. Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds
26. AppExchange app evaluation and management
27. Basic Apex understanding for troubleshooting
28. Experience with Salesforce DX
29. Healthcare or Dental industry experience
30. Training delivery and documentation
