CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING

It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Hire Controller, you’ll be responsible for looking after our customers, building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your day-to-day activities will include communicating with customers via telephone, email, and website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and owning the customer journey. You'll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we provide an excellent experience and continuously improve our service.
