NPD Assistant Manager // Global Food Manufacturer // Hertfordshire // £45,000 + Package
A multibillion-dollar global food business is searching for a driven NPD Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
This isn't a box-ticking role. You'll be the engine behind new product launches - owning projects from concept to shelf, managing critical paths, liaising directly with major retailers, and ensuring every product hits the market on time, on brief, and compliant.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading NPD projects end-to-end across multiple categories
* Managing stakeholder relationships (suppliers, customers, internal teams)
* Acting as the key customer contact for your product pipeline
* Ensuring BRC compliance and maintaining rigorous documentation standards
* Supporting commercial presentations to win new business
* Tracking trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to fuel innovation
What you'll need:
* 3+ years in NPD (Technologist, Coordinator, or similar)
* A genuine passion for food - you notice what's new on shelf before anyone else does
* Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel (UK & international)
