* Salary: £26,403 – £27,694 per annum (pro rata)
* Hours per Week: 22 Hours

About the Team and Role

Joining the Executive Support Team offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of driving positive change within the community. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Leaders, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, handling correspondence and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Your organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks will ensure smooth daily operations and timely delivery of services.


Responsibilities

* Manage senior managers’ calendars and scheduling.
* Prepare and edit documents and correspondence.
* Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda preparation.
* Handle confidential information with integrity.
* Prioritise tasks and meet internal and external deadlines.


About You

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly organised, efficient and diplomatic.
* Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
* Proactive in managing a diverse workload, meeting tight deadlines.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to oversee and coordinate senior managers’ issues, providing integrated support.
