About this Role

As an Invisors PC Consultant, you will operate as the driving force to keep projects and programs meticulously on schedule to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Consultant plays a critical internal role in developing our business, improving processes, and growing our team. You will be expected to contribute both on projects and internally.


Duties and Responsibilities:

* Actively manage project scope, schedule, and budget while aligning project goals and objectives.
* Support management of support request queues.
* Ensure all parts of assigned projects are processed, organized, and progressing according to timelines and deliverables.
* Assist in assigning project tasks and checking in for status updates.
* Assist in support sales opportunities.
* Report project outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues as necessary based on work plans.
* Maintain effective daily communication with stakeholders, internal consultants, and account leads.


Relevant Skills and Experience:

* Experience with Agile Methodology.
* Prior Workday consulting experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Smartsheets.
* Construct and maintain relevant project documentation such as meeting agendas, project plans, status reports, and client rosters.
