Job Summary
As HR & Organisational Development Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global human resource function and broader organisational development strategy. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will assist with the development of the HR function and delivery of the HR functional strategy, and support strategic programmes such as organisational restructures, capability development and talent acquisition and management. You will actively collaborate with the WMFTS HR Leadership Team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of HR initiatives within the function and OD initiatives into the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the activities of the HR Leadership Team, including coordination and followership of HR cyclical activity across the globe (e.g. performance and talent cycle, early careers programme and DE&I requirements).
* Responsible for the HRLT meeting governance, ensuring agendas and pre‑reads are submitted and actions are followed up in a timely manner.
* Support individual Heads of HR with specific projects as required.
* Support the Head of Organisational Development in delivering the OD strategy, including projects such as organisation redesign, role design, capability building and thought leadership on the future of work.
* Undertake data analysis to provide insight into existing organisation design (e.g. span of control analysis, team diversity analysis, quality of hire analysis and recruitment effectiveness analysis) and generate HR reports and metrics to track KPIs and identify improvement areas.
* Develop and prepare HR functional documentation to support the standardisation of process across the global function, from HR policy through to letter and contract templates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the induction and onboarding process for new colleagues to accelerate time to revenue.
Skills / Experience
* Demonstrable generalist HR experience in a multi‑disciplined operational organisation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong ability to actively listen, empathise and build rapport with individuals at all levels.
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially gathering and manipulation of data in Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to cut through complexity and work in a structured manner.
* Experience with time and attendance systems is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with dynamic priorities.
* Effective time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload productively.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
* Ability to challenge and negotiate effectively, employing tact and diplomacy to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
