You will play a key role in supporting children at a crucial stage in their development, helping them build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
* Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
* Identify and support pupils with additional needs or developmental challenges
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
* Implement strong behaviour management strategies in line with school policy
✅ Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching within Early Years (EYFS)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

* Able to build strong rapport with young learners, providing consistency and reassurance
