A fast-growing organisation within a regulated industry is undergoing a major transformation across its Supply Chain function. The business operates internationally and is investing heavily in strengthening its Demand, Supply, Inventory and Operational Planning capabilities. As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced SIOP Coordinator to support the rollout and ongoing management of a newly developed SIOP framework.
Your new role
As the SIOP Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both demand and supply review cycles, ensuring high quality data, structured reporting and consistent process adherence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help embed SIOP behaviours, support inventoryernance, and provide insights that contribute to robust decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Consolidating demand, supply and inventory inputs to support SIOP review meetings
• Providing accurate analytics, projections and scenario modelling
• Supporting proactive inventory management and early identification of risks
• Ensuring documentation of forecast assumptions, adjustments andmercial inputs
• Coordinating SIOP actions, decisions andernance through structured processes
• Creating decks and reports for Supply, Demand and Inventory reviews
• Partnering closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations andmercial teams
• Supporting capacity simulations, escalation topics and monthly S&OP/SIOP cycles
This role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to contribute to shaping a newly implemented SIOP framework.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring:
• Experience in SIOP/S&OP coordination, planning or analytics within a regulated or fast moving environment
• Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in reporting and data handling
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes including forecasting, inventory and capacity management
• Confidence working cross functionally and engaging stakeholders at all levels
• A structured approach, excellent attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset
• The ability to influence behaviours and support continuous improvement initiatives
An industry relevant degree or APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is advantageous but not essential.
