This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Mess Manager in delivering high-quality catering, hospitality, and soft FM services, ensuring an excellent experience for all members and residents. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Mess, leading a team, maintaining high service standards, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
