Overview
Leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Electrical Project Manager from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management background to join their planned growth and continued success. Candidates sought MUST be based or commutable to Chichester, West Sussex. You will ideally have previous experience working on projects up to £20M+; consideration may be given to projects under this value depending on experience and exposure. The role focuses on managing the electrical installations into new build industrial sheds for warehousing & distribution, military, and manufacturing, with other work including office blocks and data centres. Experience delivering across commercial and industrial schemes is paramount.
Candidates from an M&E / Building Services background with direct experience in project management and delivery of electrical installations and related services are highly sought after. You will be competent with a proven track record in managing and delivering schemes of this level. Experience dealing with main contractors is advantageous. While the company has its own teams of electrical installation engineers, you will also coordinate with other specialist electrical engineers to undertake elements of these installs.

Responsibilities
* Manage electrical installations for new build industrial sheds (warehousing, distribution, military, manufacturing) and other projects (office blocks, data centres).
* Lead and coordinate electrical installation activities, working with site teams and external specialist engineers.
* Maintain client-facing communication, ensuring professionalism and project alignment with commercial targets.
* Collaborate with main contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects to scope, time, and budget.
* Report progress, risks, and issues to the Senior Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Experience in M&E / Building Services electrical project management with a track record of delivering electrical installations and related services.
* Experience on projects up to around £20M+; willingness to consider lower-value projects based on experience.
* Based in or commutable to Chichester, West Sussex.
* Experience dealing with main contractors and coordinating with specialist electrical engineers.
* Strong client-facing, organisational and leadership skills.
