Role overview
We are seeking a Commercial Executive to support our Wholesale department's daily operations. This position reports to the Senior Commercial Manager for the UK and is ideal for someone passionate about skincare and eager to begin a career in commercial sales.
Key responsibilities
* Assist with daily administrative tasks within the department
* Manage all administrative aspects of new product launches, including completing line forms
* Coordinate meeting bookings and manage schedules
* Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
* Oversee order management and tracking
* Handle delivery and invoice inquiries
* Manage sample processes at HQ
* Prepare weekly online stock reports
* Support month-end reporting activities
* Assist with events and participate in store visits in central London bi-weekly
Candidate requirements
* Passion for skincare and our mission
* Experience in sales administration is preferred but not required
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and proactive attitude
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Hybrid work model: 3 days in our Acton, London office
