Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of large-scale commercial development projects, particularly through RIBA stages 3-5.
* Take ownership of project packages and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to maintain design integrity.
* Prepare and coordinate detailed construction documents, specifications, and schedules through all project stages.
* Represent the practice externally in client meetings, presentations, and ongoing relationships.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused studio culture.
* Apply advanced knowledge of codes, regulations, and contract requirements to complex design challenges.
* Coordinate material, product, and system selections with performance and sustainability in mind.
* Lead project documentation development and ensure quality delivery of technical drawings and specifications.
Skills & Experience
* RIBA/ARB registered Architect, with proven UK commercial project experience (essential).
* International project experience is valued but not required.
* Excellent Revit skills (essential - technical assessment required).
* Experience successfully delivering projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
* Proven ability to balance ambitious design with technical precision and buildability.
* Strong communication skills, with confidence leading client and consultant interactions.
* Leadership mindset — equally comfortable mentoring others and collaborating across teams.
* Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualisation tools (V-Ray/Enscape preferred).
Benefits & Culture
* Competitive salary reviewed annually.
* Flexible hybrid working model.
* Generous holiday.
* Summer flexibility.
* Gorgeous office, wellbeing support including yoga, and regular social events.
* Clear progression pathway.
