Offer description

Responsibilities:

1. Build out wholesale sales forecast by brand and by account prior to each sales campaign.
2. Book all wholesale appointments for each sales campaign, ensuring all key accounts and existing customers are scheduled.
3. Lead and run all wholesale appointments (digitally and in person).
4. Ensure all necessary information is provided to retailers to facilitate timely receipt of sales orders.
5. Receive, collate, and organize all wholesale orders into an accessible format for each brand.
6. Negotiate retailer terms to protect each brand's interests, including sell-through guarantees and trade discounts.
7. Collect and share feedback, both positive and negative, with each brand.
8. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales order overview.
9. Set up new accounts efficiently and systematically with the relevant brand.
10. Build and present end-of-season sales reports for internal and brand partner sharing.
11. Support timely shipments as needed.
12. Coordinate with PR, Marketing, and Communications teams to maximize sales opportunities and connect brands with retailers.
13. Identify and develop commercial opportunities such as exclusives, capsules, and collaborations.
14. Oversee weekly sell-through reports across top stores, analyze data, and report findings.
15. Review weekly sell-through reports to identify opportunities or concerns for action.
16. Maintain open communication with brands via email, in-person, and video calls.
17. Build strong personal relationships with each brand.
18. Organize global showrooms, fixtures, models, and related activities.
19. Identify and implement trunk show opportunities globally.
20. Manage the Master Database, ensuring it is current, accurate, and secure.
21. Organize wholesale files for easy access on Dropbox.
22. Develop and sustain key relationships with retailers.

Candidate Experience:

1. 5+ years in Luxury and Advanced Contemporary BENELUX wholesale.
2. International experience preferred.
3. Proficient in Excel.
4. Independent, able to manage own schedule, travel, and diary.
5. Experience managing a team or team member.
