This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled Fabricator/ Welder to work on high-quality fabrication and welding projects, supporting the design and build of complex mechanical equipment supplied to international energy and industrial markets.

The Role:
The Fabricator / Welder will play a key role within the fabrication workshop, manufacturing precision-engineered products to exacting standards. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality welded components, maintaining workshop standards, and ensuring all work meets Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental procedures.
Key Responsibilities of the Fabricator / Welder:
Fabricate and weld components in line with engineering drawings and production schedules
Carry out fabrication and welding duties as directed by the Production Manager or Chargehand
Perform pre-use checks on tools and equipment, reporting any issues promptly
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workshop organisation
Ensure all QHSE policies and procedures are followed at all times
Complete fabrication projects within set timeframes and quality standards
About the Fabricator / Welder:
Time-served Fabricator / Welder or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Confident using a variety of fabrication tools and equipment
Knowledge of welding processes (GMAW preferred)
Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
