Night Lead Support Worker – Blyth, Northumberland. Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw). Earn £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum). Great benefits including 34 days leave and a Health Cash Plan. This is a job suitable to anyone who is a natural night owl, preferring to stay awake working hard through the night instead of snoozing away with the rest of the world.
Responsibilities
* Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating the shift.
* Support customers with complex needs in daily living, tenancy and moving to independence.
* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
* Provide person-centred, compassionate support without rushing.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues for consistent, quality support.

You bring
* Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
* Experience creating person-centred support plans and guiding colleagues to follow them.
* Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
* The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.

Job details
* Occasionally our customers’ needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate. Waking night shift on a rolling rota of 3 nights on and 3 nights off.
* Shifts will be between 8pm and 8am.
* Although you’ll work nights, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings.
* Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork.
* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
