Job Title: Principle Endur Front Office BA

Role Overview:
The Endur Tech Engineer will work on Front and Mid Office elements for our Power Trading team. This role involves working in the power sector related to the trade and management of power generation assets, including wind, solar, batteries, and CCG power stations. The team supports systems enabling trading decisions, trade execution, and risk management. Responsibilities include interfacing new systems and data feeds (national grid, power auctions, weather forecasts) into existing trading and risk management systems (ETRMs). The primary focus is on implementing changes on the ETRM (Endur Openlink).
Responsibilities:
* Implementing and extending features in OpenLink Endur
* Working on Physical and Financial Power and Gas Markets
* Supporting the trading floor across Front/Mid/Back office, with a focus on Front and Mid
* Representing non-linear instruments in a Commodity/Energy Trading environment within Endur
* Liaising with Traders and Quant developers on option pricing models
* Configuring Endur for Deal lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlement invoicing, and scheduling
* Solving problems creatively within change control mechanisms
* Understanding Endur Reporting architecture and modules such as APM, TPM, DMS, Connex, and EOD Workflows
* Understanding Endur deployment procedures, including CMM import/export and cloud DevOps
* Collaborating with business analysts and traders to define requirements and implement solutions
* Establishing testing regimes to ensure solution quality
* Working within a hybrid team using Scrum methodology
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Utilizing analytical tools and methodologies
* Applying structured analytical skills
* Participating in agile delivery processes
* Gaining experience with Global power markets and power asset optimization
* Modelling complex contracts and power purchase agreements
* Power tolling agreements modelling
