This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in data management, analysis, and reporting within an educational setting.Key Responsibilities:
* Data Management: Maintain and update the school's data systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of student and staff information.
* Data Analysis: Analyse educational data to support school improvement plans, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for leadership and teaching staff.
* Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on student performance, attendance, and other key metrics to stakeholders.
* Compliance: Ensure data handling practices comply with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
* Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on data-related systems and processes.
* Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
