As a part-time office assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring our bakery runs smoothly.
Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 9am - 1pm (flexible hours available) and some occasional Saturday shifts
Duties:
-Entering orders and updating customer details
-Answering the phone and assisting with enquiries
-Dealing with customers, ensuring great service and handling queries
-Helping with administrative tasks in the office
Ideal Candidate:
-Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
-Good organisational skills and attention to detail
-Comfortable with basic computer tasks and office software
-Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus but not essential.Core skills required
