Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual with at least one year of experience in the vape retail industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming and well-presented store environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Work independently and collaboratively with your team to achieve operational standards across the store.
* Perform effective cash handling and operate the till proficiently.
* Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing through meticulous housekeeping and window displays.
* Stay informed and eager to learn about new products and industry trends.
* Engage in creative problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction and store operations.
* Manage stock replenishment and maintain an organised inventory.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in the vape retail industry.
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a visually appealing store.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
