This isn’t just about managing a team. You’ll lead a dedicated group of client services and customer experience consultants based at our headquarters, setting the processes and defining the standard for customer service across all markets. Your leadership and decisions will have a direct impact on how our customers perceive and experience the Aston Martin brand globally.

You will be the point of contact for complex and high-profile client cases, including direct communication at the CEO level. You will utilise data and insight to resolve issues before they escalate proactively. Your ability to build strong relationships across regions and with internal teams will be essential in delivering a consistent, world-class service.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage diverse global stakeholders, inspire and motivate their team, and communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organisation. If you have experience in the automotive or luxury industries specifically in customer experience and support, a strong understanding of luxury aftersales service, and enjoy working with both people and data, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.
