Job Summary
Part Time Sales Advisor (8 hours permanent) at our Beverley shop. You will support store management and create a memorable shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Provide first‑point‑resolution for customer issues or feedback and actively seek out solutions for the benefit of the customer.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines and utilize all product, category and bestseller information to maximize commercial opportunities within the store.
* Maintain operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications
High standards of customer service, enthusiasm and energy, excellent communication with both team members and customers, adaptability, resilience, confidence to work independently, and a willingness to support the team in a flexible and proactive manner.
