My client is in the construction sector but construction experience is not required just stunning Sales Team Leadership in the B2B sector.
YOU WILL:
Lead and Inspire a high-performing Internal Sales Team managing a customer portfolio several million pounds spend
Manage and Grow Key Accounts, fostering long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving additional sales within existing agreements.
Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities by nurturing prospects, developing relationships, and aligning efforts with company growth targets.
