The Head of Produce will set product strategy and operating rhythms across the portfolio; models best practice and builds organisational capability. Owns commercial outcomes, portfolio trade-offs, and cross-functional alignment at scale.
Key responsibilities
* Strategy & portfolio: Define vision, strategic bets, and investment theses; manage portfolio trade-offs and scenario planning.
* Commercial leadership: Own pricing/packaging strategy with Finance/Sales; guide business cases and forecasts.
* Product operations: Establish planning cadences, governance, and metric trees linking North Star to team indicators.
* Org & capability: Hire, coach, and develop PMs/APMs; run communities of practice; set standards.
* Cross-functional leadership: Align Sales, Marketing, CS, Engineering, Design, Legal/Security on priorities and outcomes.
* Risk & quality: Ensure regulatory/compliance posture; oversee reliability, security, and deprecation strategies.
Collaboration & Stakeholders
* Collaborates with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, and Security. Operates a shared cadence of Quarterly (strategy/OKRs), Monthly (performance & market review), Bi-weekly (planning/review/retro), and Continuous (customer touchpoints, risk tracking).
Design Rights & Success Measures
* Decision Rights: Owns product strategy, portfolio allocations, and commercial guardrails; delegates domain decisions to PMs.
* Success Measures: Revenue growth, margin, segment penetration, retention/expansion, strategic milestone delivery, and organisational health.
Qualifications & Experience
* 8+ years in product with track record of strategy, portfolio management, and team leadership.
* Deep commercial acumen and comfort with unit economics and forecasting.
* Proven ability to build high-performing product teams and cross-functional alignment.
* Executive communication and influence; experience with governance and risk

Please note, this is a hybrid role requiring a minimum two days in-office attendance, at our Worcester or Winchester office, therefore we are looking for candidates who live within a 50 mile commutable distance to one of these offices.
