Technical Supervisor Derry Woking Hours: 8-4.30pm Monday Friday Salary: £32-40k (DOE) Opportunity to join the technical team of a leading food manufacturing business. The Role: Support the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety, quality, and compliance standards. Ensure products meet customer, legal, and company specifications. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and auditors to maintain audit readiness. Monitor quality KPIs, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions. Oversee HACCP and promote good manufacturing practices across the site. Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports. Collaborate with production teams to drive quality and efficiency improvements. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and high technical standards. About You: 23 years experience working in a technical function within a high-volume food production environment. Degree / HND in a food-related subject. Strong working knowledge of HACCP principles, customer and regulatory standards, DAFM requirements, and local legislation.
