Job Title: Remote Operations Shift Manager (Multi-Site)
Location: Rotherham
Employment Type: Permanent, Rotating Shifts
Shift Pattern: 6-week rotation with 10 consecutive days off
Salary: Up to £50,000 + £12,300 Shift Allowance + 9% Bonus

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Remote Operations Shift Manager to join a global leader in gas engineering and distribution. Based at the Remote Operations Centre in Rotherham, you’ll be at the heart of optimising production across multiple international sites.
In this 24/7 control room role, you’ll use HMI/SCADA systems (including Siemens PCS7) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations of industrial gas facilities, including Air Separation Units (ASU), HYCO, and CO₂ plants.
