Night Receptionist
Salary: 13.95/hour

Responsibilities
* Act as the face of Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge, extending a warm welcome to guests during the night and adding a personal touch to their stay.
* Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
* Be an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the hotel's services.
* Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone is safe and looked after.
* Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
* Ensure all charges are accurate and posted on time.
* Handle all calls promptly and professionally.
* Document all internal and guest messages accurately.
* Promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through product knowledge and selling skills.
* Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
Qualifications
* Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong customer service skills.
